One of the best choice I did during the trip , Aditya homesray is just 8 mins from the railway station and bus stop . It has pretty good amount of restaurants and diners near by . Coming to the room . It feels like you are at home . Humble and comfortable , absolutely clean . You get a kitchen (utensils , induction stove , water filter , handwash soap , sink etc ) . 2 Rooms( bed and a/c with full length mirrors and storage cabinets ) 2 bathrooms ( clean with 24/7 hot water ) . You still get extra beds , big living hall and a dining table . It's safe with watchman and the owner is absolutely friendly and considerate . I would definitely suggest it to my friends and family and would come back here everything we come to Tirupathi . Definitely worth the money. ~ Malini M

“Highly Recommended” - I stayed at Aditya Home Stay during my recent visit to Tirupati for 5 nights (7th Oct to 12th Oct)… 2 bhk i stayed in was fully furnished with all necessary amenities including fridge, RO, washing machine, high speed wifi, power backup, basic kitchen appliances… vast space & safe for parking, all daily needs available within vicinity, multiple food options within 0-2 kms radius.. Tirumala, bus stand & main highways within easy reach from homestay.. & very responsive host to answer all your queries with very supportive Caretaker Deepak to help you in all possible ways… i had a very comfortable stay & look forward to stay here again in next visit. ~ NittinKhattar

This is the finest home stay i have been to. Total family friendly area and environment. Not far from tirupati. Rooms are extremely clean. Ration shop and basic needs shops are nearby. Caretaker deepak and the owner were real gem. Very cooperative and welcoming. They entertained all our adhoc requests. Electric stove and basic kitchen utensils are available and more are provided when requested to caretaker. Caretaker also supports for small tasks even though not part of the deal. Ola, swiggy friendly home, no hassle in deliveries. Will highly recommend to all. All my and relatives visits are surely going to be here next time onwards. Perfect homestay for day or two in tirupati mainly for who are looking more for 3 or more people. It's a 2bhk full furnished Air-conditioned flat with all amenities and well connected to city with all types of transportation like Uber and rapido as well as swiggy and Zomato to relish your taste buds with local cuisines. You can even make your tea or coffee as the kitchen is well equipped with kettle and induction. Owner is very supportive interms of check-in and supports in every manner. Excellent in every way. Will definitely recommend. Has all the amenities as described in MMT. We (my wife, me, and our 3yr old kid) loved the fact that it is an entire homestay with 2 bedrooms, and not shared by others. Being inside the city, ola/rapido bookings were instant. Satya Sai Mandir is adjacent. View of seshachalam is a bonus. Property owner is accommodative to delayed check in check out requests - subject to feasibility. Instead of paying 1000 Rs for srinivasam/madhavam, few hundred extra spent here with all the space and amenities is definitely worth. Thank You. ~ Srikanth G

Our family stayed in a 2 BHK on the first floor of Aditya Homestay for a night. The apartment is well maintained. The kitchen has an induction stove, though no vessels for boiling water. Plates and cutlery are also provided. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very neat. Toilet soap 🧼 was also provided. No mosquitoes was another highlight. The property is in a serene residential area. It takes 1 hour to reach Tirumala. Good to inform them the check in and out time in advance. Overall Excellent experience. ~ Jyothy M

This homestay is very near to bus stand. You'll get transport very easily. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. RO water purifier and geyser are provided along with ACs. I have checked in 5 hours early which never happened with me in other hotels, Owner understood our situation and allowed it (I just requested him once and he accepted it immediately). It's been a wonderful experience in this property. The owner is a gem of person who is willing to help and accommodate all types of requests of guests which is very much under in jurisdiction. The flat is airy , full of natural light from everywhere and spacious just like our real home. We were so happy to stay that in a span of weeks time booked it twice as had to come back for darshan at a later date. However the caretaker needs to be more prompt and do the cleaning regularly which is only a put off point. ~ Ambika W

Great place to stay. This is my second time staying (Jun2025). Last year I stayed in Feb. Best place for a family stay for Tirupati temples Darshan. Value for money. You get a 2BHK Apartment (2 Bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, Hall, Kitchen with dinning table. They provide RO water purifier & kitchen utensils to make Tea or Coffee. Limited covered car parking & free street parking. I definitely recommend this place for all pilgrims. ~ Arunkumar R

Aditya homestay provides you a 2bhk house with all amenities. Since this region food is little bit spicy this homestay will be the best. You can cook for your children, make tea anytime, wash your cloths etc. more space for your little one to run especially with tension free. We stayed for 3 days during our visit for the Tirupati Lord Venkateswara Darshan, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and give a homely feel. The view of the Tirumala hills from the property is beautiful and adds to the serenity. Parking is convenient, with space for 4 cars inside and additional parking available outside. I stayed at this property during my TTD darshan visit, my stay was very pleasant, The caretaker was very helpful and took care of our every needs. I would recommend this home stay to everyone who visits tirupati and wants to have blissful stay experience except the location as well this is little far from the local bus stand which is th city centre. I stayed here for quite a few days for my close one's marriage, at the start was bit nervous to stay alone as it's not any kind hotel or something but after one and two days I got habituated for the comfort and safety provided from the property lord.. and the facilities has to be mentioned specially.. you will get induction stove and RO purifier and fridge in such a reasonable prices.. thank you.. ~ shakeera s

I very much liked the stay with Aditya Homestay on my trip to Thirumala. The location is very accessible and costs around 100 rupees auto fare to connect with Tirupathi BS.The owner of the property is a very kind and respectful person and he arranges local transportation 24x7.I would strongly recommend Aditya Homestay for your family Dharshan trip. ~ Ragu R

One of the best homestay in Tirupati for family we had a pleasent experience here. Apartments are neet and clean, toilets are managed very well, kitchen is available. The hosts were knowledgeable and they take care in a good manner. I have booked again for the upcoming lord venkateshwara darshan for the upcoming month. Overall I rate this place a 5. I have been here twice within span of 3 months with my entire family. I was able to manage food for my two year kid with ease. Most of the places to visit are easily accessible from here. Adding to this the view of Tirumala hill from terrace is great. Great place to stay with family during pilgrimage visits. We took two rooms over 2-3 days and all was well. Covered car parking and the very attentive caretaker (Deepak)were highlights . Rooms are very clean, spacious 2 bhk for 4 adults and one kid, lot better than staying in hotel rooms. This is a homestay with room, dining and kitchen. Care taker was very friendly and just a message away to address your queries. Overall worth the money ~ Sudhindra j
